The following tables describe the main IMPRES Battery Fleet Management components
Main Window
When the IMPRES Battery Fleet Management application begins, the Main Window is shown. It has the following components:

| Status Bar | Bottom window pane. Shows the status of IMPRES Battery Fleet Management operations and/or current user if other than reviewer |
Dialogs
Dialogs are used to enter information into IMPRES Battery Fleet Management. The following table describes all of the dialogs in IMPRES Battery Fleet Management and their use.

Reports
IMPRES Battery Fleet Management reports can be used to analyze your battery fleet. There are two types of reports. Predefined Reports which have been created by Motorola to provide you with key information about your batteries, and Custom Report Generation Tool which you can define yourself. The following table describes the Predefined Reports.

| Active Batteries - Simplified Report | Displays all active batteries in simplified format |
| Active Batteries - Expanded Report | Displays all active batteries in expanded format |
| Battery Service Life Report | Displays all batteries that are at the end of their service life |
| Lost Batteries Report | Displays all batteries that have not been charged or registered within the user defined period of time. |
| Lost Radios Report | Displays all radios that have not been registered within the user defined period of time. |
| Battery Data Refresh Overdue Report | Displays all batteries that have not been charged or registered within the user defined period of time. |
| Battery Purchase Recommendations Report | Report that assists in the battery purchasing process |
| Pocket Utilization Report | Report that helps you determine how your chargers are utilized |
| Inactive Batteries Report | Displays all inactive batteries |
| Disconnected Devices Report | Displays all currently disconnected devices |
Context Menus Context Menus can be used to help you navigate to IMPRES Battery Fleet Management features by right clicking on an IMPRES Battery Fleet Management component with your mouse. The following table describes the context menus within the IMPRES Battery Fleet Management system and their function.
